Ryan Eisenhardt is an Access GE Customer Growth Leader for GE Capital Americas. The Access GE team shares GE’s best practices and industry insights with our clients via one-on-one engagements, events, webinars and through the Access GE Portal.
Ryan joined GE Healthcare in 2006, working as a Lean & Productivity Leader for Americas service business. Ryan worked to develop and implement projects to drive continuous improvement around quality and customer experience, as well as labor productivity, material and other cost savings.
In 2009, Ryan was promoted to Director of Service for Chicago region Clinical Services business. As DOS, Ryan led team of 30+ service engineers responsible for delivering services program across the region – including customer relationship, financial, and operational responsibilities.
Prior to joining GE, Ryan worked as a management consultant, supporting the Department of the Navy, Information Technology division.
Ryan served in the U.S. Navy for ten years as a helicopter pilot and various leadership roles across Aviation Maintenance, Operations and Safety. Ryan is currently a Lieutenant Commander in the Navy Reserves. He actively supports Veterans charities and initiatives in the area and serves as a Blue & Gold Officer for the U.S. Naval Academy Admissions office.
Ryan is a graduate of the Naval Academy, with a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science. He also holds a Masters of Science degree in Business Administration & Management from Boston University.
