Joanna Serkowski is an Access GE Growth Leader for GE Capital Americas. The Access GE team is responsible for sharing GE’s best practices, methodologies and industry insights with our clients via one-on-one engagements, events, webinars and through the Access GE Portal.

Joanna was recruited to GE over 19 years ago. She has held leadership positions in industrial sales; e-business, international business where she spent a significant amount of time in South America; and acquisition due diligences and integrations in the US and Europe. Joanna has worked in five different GE businesses (GE Supply, GE Financial Assurance, GE Corporate Financial Services, GE Franchise Finance and GE Capital.)
Prior to joining the Access GE team, Joanna was the Marketing Leader for GE Capital, Franchise Finance. In this role Joanna was responsible for leading the marketing activities for GE’s restaurant franchisee finance business. Prior to joining GE, Joanna worked in the biotech, bio-pharmaceutical and real estate industries.
Joanna is certified as a Master Black Belt, Change Acceleration Process (CAP) facilitator and WorkOutTM facilitator. She holds double B.S. Summa Cum Laude degrees in Marketing and Management from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Joanna received her MBA Summa Cum Laude in International Business from Fairfield University.
In her free time, Joanna enjoys traveling and participating in a variety of outdoor activities.
