Jennifer Daniels is the Access GE Customer Growth Leader for GE Corporate Finance and GE Fleet in the Southeast U.S. The Access GE team shares GE’s best practices and industry insights with our clients via one-on-one engagements, events, webinars, and through the Access GE Portal.
Daniels began her professional career with GE in 1988 as a college intern in software engineering, then joined GE’s Information Technology Leadership Program (ITLP) with rotational assignments in software development, technical sales support, and product marketing. After program graduation, Daniels held progressive positions in sales, marketing programs and alliances, and product management. In 1998, she was promoted to Vice President, Marketing and Sourcing, where she managed phone card vendor relationships and led new product development and commercialization, exceeding revenue and margin targets.
In 2002, Daniels became a Six Sigma Black Belt with GE Capital’s equipment financing division, where she trained and coached sales, underwriting, and operations associates to achieve Green Belt certification through the execution of process improvement projects.
Daniels entered the employment screening industry in 2004. She was VP, Product Management at ChoicePoint/LexisNexis, where she marshaled new product development for a business screening offering, and she was Senior Director, Strategic Relationship Management, leading an account management team with revenue and customer satisfaction responsibility for 23 of the largest strategic customers. At USIS, Daniels was VP of Marketing, where she led the marketing organization of the firm’s commercial services unit with responsibility for strategic planning, vertical market development, product management, pricing, web platforms, strategic alliances, and marketing communications.
Daniels rejoined GE in her current role on the Access GE team in 2011. Daniels holds a B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Georgia State University.
