Dena Bobolos is an Access GE Customer Growth Leader for GE Capital Americas. Access GE provides our customers best practices, industry insights, tools and methodologies to solve their critical business challenges. She provides support to our Corporate Finance teams based in the Central Region.
Dena joined GE Capital Americas as an Access GE Growth Leader in November 2013. Dena, former Director of Global Client Services for The Royal Bank of Scotland, an international banking and financial services company with headquarters in Edinburgh, is known for building high performing teams which result in highly engaged clients and stakeholders. Dena is a very enthusiastic, energetic, collaborative and results driven leader. Not afraid of a challenge, her colleagues and stakeholders know that she will take calculated risks to build the right solution for a client.
Dena was selected to lead a separation and integration team for ABN AMRO in 2007 when a consortium, which included RBS, Santander Group, and Fortis, acquired the bank. Her team migrated the domestic cash management client base, through the divestiture of LaSalle National Bank, to Bank of America, and drove the successful system and operational integration with RBS, on time/on budget.
Dena's passion for challenges led her to her last role at RBS as client service manager in Chicago where she was asked to turn-around a regional client accounts team. She drove continuous improvement projects and implemented strong internal controls, which enabled the team to receive the highest internal audit score for the global client service organization and much improved client engagement scores.
Dena holds a B.S. in Management with a concentration in Statistics from Northeastern Illinois University. She is also a Strengthscope accredited coach.
