In 2012, Brian joined GE with 20 years of corporate leadership and operations experience. Just prior to joining GE, Brian worked for the Nielsen Company serving in senior leadership roles with Media Analytic Operations, Client Engagement, Sales, and Quality.
Brian has extensive experience installing core GE processes and methods in smaller environments using methods such as Change Acceleration, Leadership Development, and Frontline Leadership. Brian is a certified Master Black Belt who has managed 25 projects to completion and trained others to become Master Black Belts in both Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
From 1997 to 2007 Brian worked for the Cintas corporation and held roles from Director of Distribution to General Manager of Custom Manufacturing. He also was part of the team that deployed Six Sigma to the corporation in 2001.
Brian is a graduate of National Louis University where he earned his B.S. in Management along with an undergraduate degree in Marketing.
