Meet Brenda Tsai

Brenda Tsai is in charge of creating global Access GE strategies and sharing GE best practices, industry expertise and insights with GE customers and prospects. Brenda is also in charge of middle market initiatives, including the National Center for the Middle Market and global mid-market programs.
Prior to her role at GE Capital, Brenda held the role of GE’s Global Strategic Marketing Director, responsible for developing and driving new innovation strategies across GE businesses. Within this role, Brenda created and taught new innovation frameworks and managed GE’s top innovation initiatives, “Imagination Breakthroughs”.
Prior to working at GE, Brenda led and developed the P&Ls of several Procter & Gamble and Clorox brands, including Duracell, Herbal Essences and Glad products. Brenda also worked at Booz-Allen & Hamilton as a management consultant, where she helped to develop turnaround strategies across a range of industries throughout the U.S., China and Southeast Asia. She started off her career as an Emerging Markets Fixed Income Analyst at Salomon Brothers.
Brenda holds both a Masters in Business Administration and a Masters in International Studies from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She earned her B.A. in Political Science, with honors, from Stanford University.
