Bob is an Access GE Growth Leader for GE Capital Americas.   The Access GE team shares GE’s best practices and industry insights with our clients via one-on-one engagements, events, webinars and through the Access GE Portal. He supports GE Capital Americas Equipment Finance and Trade Payables Portfolio.

Bob joined GE in 2005 and has over 25 years of  management experience  in roles of increasing responsibility across a variety of functions including sales, risk, operations and business development.  While at GE, he has held senior management roles in both the commercial and consumer business units across a variety of industries. In addition, Bob has experience in both the retail and wholesale finance segments including inventory finance, commercial leasing and lending, dealer/vendor programs,  branch banking and private label credit products.

Bob has extensive experience  building and leading teams, developing and deploying optimal sales coverage models , designing life cycle account relationship management strategies,  teaching consultative selling, creating high performing teams and in instilling a customer centric culture. He has pioneered innovative behavioral based interviewing techniques catered to the sales professional which when combined with a strong performance management framework  have been proven effective in a wide variety of business models – from start-up’s through tenured organizations.

From 1990 to 2005 Bob worked for KeyBank USA and held roles which included: SVP of Sales, VP of Retail Banking,  and VP of Consumer & Commercial Lending. He was instrumental in leading the successful integration and transition of multiple business units from state-based platforms and entities to a consolidated, national organization.
