Angel Chrys is the Access GE Customer Growth Leader for GE Capital Latin America based in Mexico City but covering all of México operations. The Access GE team shares GE’s best practices and industry insights with our clients via one-on-one engagements, events, webinars and through the Access GE Portal.
Angel has +16 years of GE experience leading process improvement and operations with a strong customer centricity focus. He is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Six Sigma and Change Management Trainer that has worked in business ranging from Manufacturing, Technology and Financial Services across GE Plastics, GE Ddemesis & GE Capital, in areas such as Quality, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Human Resources and Financial Operations.
Prior to this role, Angel was quality leader for GE Capital Latin America, responsible of improving customer experience for fleet customers and led the revamp of the tech finance end of lease processes in México, In this role he implemented metrics, defined key process improvements and worked with stakeholders to define the roadmap of a sustainable process supported with Technology to enable the verticals growth objectives exceeding their targets.
In his areas of expertise you can find: Process Improvement (WO, Lean Six Sigma), Change Acceleration Process (CAP) Training, Certified Six Sigma (GB) Trainer and Facilitation Skills with multi-functional teams. Has experience with Project Management, Organizational Development, and Information Technology Projects Implementation.
Angel holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering with a Finance Major from the Technology Institute of Monterrey where he continues teaching with the Engineering Division.
