Andi Rupprecht is the Access GE Customer Programs Product Manager for GE Capital Americas. Access GE provides our customers best practices, industry insights, tools and methodologies to solve their critical business challenges . Andi manages the Webinar Insight Series, an Online forum for customers and prospects to hear the latest economic updates, industry insights and other topical information from a variety of industry leaders and experts. She also supports our Multi-Customer Events.
Andi joined GE Capital in 2000 in the Information Technology department where she was an eCommerce Business Analyst. She helped to design the user interfaces for many or our online customer web applications. She was promoted to IT Operations Leader in 2002 where she streamlined workflow processes and managed the change control process for web enhancements and defects . In 2004 she became the Change Acceleration Process (CAP) Leader for GE Commercial Finance. She led the business readiness efforts for instituting a global lease management technology solution from a training perspective.
In 2006, Andi joined the Marketing team at GE Capital as a Commercial Development Leader. She supported several GE Capital platforms with developing their commercial development strategy for sales originators. She designed and implemented sales training programs to equip sales originators and managers with the essential skills needed to demonstrate GE’s value proposition.
Prior to joining GE Capital, Andi worked at UBS for 11 years on their trading floor in Business Management. She was the Global Leader of their Customer Relationship Management system. She became the North American head of Ecommerce training in 1997.

Andi graduated from the University of Louisiana with a BA in Fine Arts. Sure currently resides in Ridgefield, CT with her husband and three children.
